All items come with a life time manufacturing warrenty.

Any accidentail damage to our products is chargeable upon repair.

For all bespoke commssions, including engagement rings and wedding bands, we ask for 75% of the total cost upfront and 25% on compleation. 

We regert to say that for all bespoke commissions including engagement rings and wedding bands we cannot offer refunds.

All bespoke items will take no longer than six weeks to manufacture. Unless agreed bewtween ourselves and client. This will be documented on the invoice.
